Our Founder and Principal Consultant, Zoé Colón, has extensive experience in the public sector. She has served in a number of leadership roles for the past twenty years and holds a strong track record of success in administration, program development and fundraising.
Zoé has secured and effectively managed millions of dollars in federal and local government grants, and from well respected private funders such as the Ford Foundation. She offers a breadth of unmatched insight and expertise that clients will undoubtedly benefit from.
A native of New York, Zoé has called Orlando, Florida home for the past ten years. She is a proud graduate of Barnard College where she attained a Bachelor of Art in Urban Studies - Political Science concentration - and Psychology. She holds a Master of Public Administration in NonProfit Management and Public Policy from New York University. Zoé is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has attained certifications in Change Management and Design Thinking.
