About Us

Our Founder and Principal Consultant, Zoé Colón, has extensive experience in the public sector.  She has served in a number of leadership roles for the past twenty years and holds a strong track record of success in administration, program development and fundraising.  

She has secured and effectively managed millions of dollars in federal and local government grants, and from well respected funders such as the Ford Foundation.  She offers a breadth of unmatched insight and expertise that clients will undoubtedly benefit from.

A native of New York, she has called Orlando, FL home for the past eight years. Zoé is a proud graduate of Barnard College where she attained a Bachelor of Art in Urban Studies with a Political Science concentration and Psychology.  She holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University.
